Registration & Accommodation

The congress registration fee includes the congress bag, printed materials, and participation in scientific sessions. A 20% VAT will be added to the above registration fees.

Wearing a name badge is mandatory throughout the congress. Participants without a badge will not be admitted to the Congress Center under any circumstances.

Daily external participation fee for non-accommodated participants: 9,000 TL

A 20% VAT will be added to the above registration fees.

If accommodation at the congress hotels is not arranged through NEW SOLUTIONS EVENT, a daily external participation fee will be added to the registration fee. If this fee is not paid, access to the congress hotel will not be granted; therefore, payment must be completed prior to the congress.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to New Solutions Event.

For cancellations made before November 20, 2026, the paid registration fee will be refunded after a 10% deduction for bank charges.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after November 20, 2026. Only name changes will be accepted.

All refunds will be processed after the conclusion of the congress.

The accommodation package prices stated above are in an all-inclusive system and will be subject to an additional 10% VAT. Package accommodations cannot be split.

The remaining balances for registration, accommodation, or sponsorship fees must be fully paid by 5 March 2027. If full payment is not completed by this date, none of the registrations, accommodations, stands, satellite activities, etc., will be confirmed, and all sponsorships will be cancelled.

ONE-WAY TRANSFER (AIRPORT - HOTEL): 4.500 TL

The above-mentioned price is a per person one-way group transfer fee. An additional 20% VAT will be added to the one-way transfer fee stated above. For private transfer requests, please contact New Solutions Event; pricing will be charged separately.
