The official scientific language of the congress will be Turkish. Presentations by international speakers will be simultaneously translated into Turkish.
Upon request, official permission letters for institutional approval of congress attendance will be provided to participants through the Organizing Committee.
For cancellations made by November 20, 2026, 50% of the registration and accommodation fees will be refunded. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after this date. All refunds will be processed after the conclusion of the congress.
The congress registration and information desk will be open between 08:00 and 20:00 from March 25 to March 28, 2027.
All participants and accompanying persons will be provided with name badges. For the proper organization of the congress, participants are kindly requested to wear their badges at all times.
Certificates of attendance will be sent online to all participants after the congress.
