Abstract

Abstract Submission Rules

You can submit your abstract step by step using the online abstract system. In order to enter your abstract into the system, you must first register by creating a username and password consisting of your email address, and then log in to the system.

Researchers should write only their names (without academic titles such as Dr., Assoc. Prof., etc.), indicate their affiliated institutions, and the name of the presenting author should be underlined.

Abstracts must be submitted via the congress website. Abstracts sent independently via email or post will not be accepted. Abstracts will be presented in Turkish at the congress. At least one of the authors listed in the abstract must register for the congress. Only presentations of registered authors will be included in the program and abstract book. The congress will include the following abstract categories:

• Oral Presentation
• E-Poster Presentation

An automatic email stating “Your Abstract Has Been Submitted to the System” will be sent to abstract authors. After evaluation, the results will be sent to all authors as a decision letter. Once the acceptance letter is issued, withdrawal of presentations will not be possible. Authors of accepted oral presentations who fail to present and cannot provide a valid justification will not have their submissions accepted for evaluation in the next congress. The text must be written without errors and carefully checked before uploading. Texts uploaded to the system will be published in the abstract book without any revisions. Abstracts presented at the congress should contribute to scientific development and include a clear conclusion message.
